A service call was scheduled because the door was having issues closing. Once I arrived on site, I noticed that a cable had dumped. Further investigation showed that the cable had rusted out. Cables, rollers, and bottom brackets were replaced. Vertical track was given to bent back. Once all parts to replace the door head operated flawlessly.
Service call was scheduled because the garage door was not opening. Got on site to find a broken garage door spring. Once bolt springs were replaced, the garage door had operated flawlessly.
Customer called for a garage door spring replacement because the old one had broken. The springs were replaced the door operated as a show.
Customer called because their truck was bent once I got on site. I noticed that the horizontal track was bent but due to the age of all the other parts I recommended replacement for safety reasons because this was a door rebuild. What’s all work was completed the door had operated brand new. It had operated flawlessly every time.
Customer called and scheduled because they’re opener arm had pulled off the door. Once I got on site, I confirmed the opener had pulled off the door, but I also diagnosed the reason why which was a broken garage door spring. When the spring breaks the garage door was trying to lift halfway to the door from a very little surface area pole point once springs were replaced, and the arm was reattached the door had operated flawlessly and seamlessly every time.
